Visit us!
The Archivum is an open institution, offering a variety of services and programs for anyone, and for free. Browse the below opportunities, and visit us in the Goldberger House! If you would like to remain up to date with our upcoming events, follow us on social media, or keep an eye on our program calendar.
Exhibitions
The Archivum’s ground floor gives space to our Galeria Centralis, a gallery where we create exhibitions drawing on our archival holdings, or centering on themes that are important to us. The Galeria is open from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. To learn more about our current exhibition, please visit the Galeria’s website.
Public programs
From roundtables to theater performances, from film screenings to lecture series, we organize all kinds of academic and public programs, including the Verzió Film Festival. Browse our upcoming events or take a look at the recordings of our previous programs.
Research Room
Our collections are open to anyone; access is free and is not restricted. All you need to do is register online, or in the Archivum, and then book a slot in the Research Room, which is located on the 1st floor of our building. Until you do, you can also browse our featured collections, or the Catalog. If you need help for the latter, consult our researcher's guide.
Visegrad Lecture Series
In the framework of our Visegrad Scholarship at the Archivum, we organize 30-minute long academic lectures where our current Visegrad researchers present their research. These presentations are open to the public; you can join in person, in our 2nd-floor Meeting Room, or online via Zoom. Keep an eye on our upcoming programs!
