Archiving Expectations: What Do and Should People Expect from the 2026 Hungarian Election?

The talk maps popular and elite expectations regarding the outcome of the 2026 Hungarian election and its aftermath up to the formation of the next government and a possible early election later this year. I use data from betting markets, public opinion polls, poll aggregators, seat share calculators, a multi actor war-game, ethnographic and historical material as well as the legal framework of the electoral process.
