Commemorating four years since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the international panel discussion Strong Ukraine – Strong Europe: Joint Efforts to Establish a Just Peace and Combat Disinformation brings together policymakers, researchers, journalists, and civil society experts from across Europe and Ukraine. The event explores pathways toward a just and sustainable peace, focusing on security guarantees, accountability, and international unity, while also exposing the role of Russian disinformation in shaping the war and undermining international support for Ukraine.

This panel explores the conditions for a just and lasting peace in Ukraine, focusing on security guarantees, accountability, and the role of international unity. Speakers will discuss how Europe and its partners can support Ukraine’s sovereignty and long-term stability.

Panel 2: Manipulating Narratives: Russian Disinformation and Its Consequences


This panel exposes the scale and tactics of Russian disinformation campaigns designed to distort the truth, weaken support for Ukraine, and fracture European unity. Experts will discuss how propaganda shapes public perception and political decisions, and what must be done to counter these attacks and strengthen resilience.
